Job Description

  • Dealing with incoming email, Call and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Chairman/Director.
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
  • Compile different reports, Business presentation, summarize and submit to Chairman/Director as required.
  • Performing other duties consistent with the level of this position and as advised.
  • Organizing inter-departmental meetings of Chairman with department heads.

Job Requirements

  •   At least 1 year working experience in relevant field and working with senior management.
  •     The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
  •     Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
  •     Must have very good command over MS office application.
  •     Proactive, helpful, enthusiastic, can do attitude.
  •     Willing to work long hours and holidays (if needed).
  •     Flexibility to adjust in different work environment.
  •     Excellent writing and speaking skills.

     Educational Qualification

    MBA/ Masters/BBA/BSc Engg. Degree from any Recognized Institute
