The prime responsibilities of the candidate are to manage , supervise and control the overall functions of the Division. As head of Division, he/she shall formulate Manpower Planning, Succession planning, policies relating to employed long-term/short term welfare, safty, reqruitement of the employees, job description and job specification of the employees. She/He will also be the responsible for handling disciplinary cases, mitigating grievances and completing Training Needs Assesment (TNA) of the employees onn regular basis.
Academic Qualification and Experience:
Candidate candidate must be an MBA /Post Graduate from a reputed university having no 3rd class/ division.
The candidate should preferably have Diploma in HRM/ Personal Management and be well conversant in HR related laws and regulations.
Minimum 15/18 years experience at Human Resources Division of any Bank/ reputed national/ foreign/ multi-national companies as Head/ Deputy of the Division.
Age- Age not over 50 years as on July 31,2015.
Candiates must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills with fluent in English and working knowledge of computer applications.
