- Dealing with incoming email, Call and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Chairman/Director.
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
- Compile different reports, Business presentation, summarize and submit to Chairman/Director as required.
- Performing other duties consistent with the level of this position and as advised.
- Organizing inter-departmental meetings of Chairman with department heads.
- At least 1 year working experience in relevant field and working with senior management.
- The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
- Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Must have very good command over MS office application.
- Proactive, helpful, enthusiastic, can do attitude.
- Willing to work long hours and holidays (if needed).
- Flexibility to adjust in different work environment.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills.
MBA/ Masters/BBA/BSc Engg. Degree from any Recognized Institute
