Job Description

-To oversee the overall brokerage operations of the branch, it’s performance and profitability
-To develop and implement different plans and strategies to meet annual target of the branch
-To ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing the quality of services delivered by branch staff
-To manage branch staff through counseling, training and development, performance assessment and reinforcement mechanism
-To ensure compliance of internal and external regulatory requirements
-To oversee the overall branch operational and administrative issues

Educational Qualification

Candidates should have MBA/ Masters in any discipline, preference in Finance, Accounting, Marketing and Management.

Job Requirements

-Candidates should have minimum 3 years of experience in Stock Brokerage and related field, however, for candidates with extraordinary ability and ambition, experience may be waived.
-S/he should be dedicated to build long term career in capital market with challenge and passion as the guiding principle.
-Should have knowledge about listed scrips in DSE and CSE
-Understand fundamental dynamics of the market and basic parameters of value of a stock
-Should have knowledge about trading rules and related regulations in the capital market
-Ability to maintain and develop relations with people to deliver service and procure business
-Knowledge on rules and regulations of SEC and other regulatory bodies
-Attitude toward the compliance of both external and internal regulations
-Ability to procure new business
