-Should be able to manage all secretarial and Board related matters under pressure
-Need to manage all the compliance issues related to the regulatory Authorities like IDRA, BSEC, BB, RJSC etc.
-May have to look after the Legal, Human Resources & Admin or any other affairs as and when required.

Experience Requirements
-At least 5 year(s)

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
-Administration, Company Secretary/Share Operation, HR & Training
-The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Insurance
