Job Description:

  • Manage all front office operations to include, but not limited to, guest service as well as registration check-in/check-out , room inventory plus availability, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls & overall profitability, marketing initiatives, systems use & management, budgeting & forecasting, department management, policy & procedure implementation & enforcement & meeting participation facilitation
  • Monitor plus develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counseling & evaluations as well as delivering recognition reward
  • Monitor & assess service as well as satisfaction trends, evaluate plus address issues make improvements accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with hotel standards
  • Meet as well as greet guests plus respond to guest inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly & efficient manner resolves guest concerns
  • Initiate as well as implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services plus facilities to maximize room occupancy overall revenue
  • Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing as well as policies plus knowledge of the local area events
  • Complete audit procedures, as needed
  • Works closely with other staff to develop a team spirit.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma/ Bachelor or Masters degree in releva37887859nt subject.
Work Experience:
1-5 year(s) in 4/5 Star Hotel
Job Requirement:
  • At least 1 to 4 years’ experience require in any Reputed Hotel/Resorts in Bangladesh or Overseas.
  • Only Hotel/Resorts Experience candidate are requested to apply. Deserving candidates must have pleasant personality, hardworking, committed, sincere, disciplined, excellent communication skill and sufficient knowledge in computer literacy, etc.
